NYS Sales Tax
New York residents are required to pay sales tax. The tax amount will show on the order form.

All U.S. orders are shipped and tracked via U.P.S.

Shipping Time
All of our products are made to order, by hand. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Product Guarantee and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call our toll free number within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number. You will recieve a full refund minus shipping costs.

Shipping Damage
If your products arrive damaged save all packing materials and call us immediately. Sticks + Stones will file a damage claim with the shipper and send you replacements as soon as possible.

Privacy Statement
Under no circumstances will our customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, or any other personal information, be sold or traded. Any customer information will be held in the strictest confidence by Sticks + Stones.
